Tandem is looking for a new office space in the East Bay for our Alameda County team. We are hoping to secure space for at least five team members with additional storage space for books and other program materials. To share the burden of rising Bay Area rental costs, we are interested in entering into a sublease agreement with a community partner. Do you know of a space that may fit our needs? We want to hear from you!
Must-Haves:
- Space for 5 desks
- Small storage space for boxes, books, and other program materials
- Private area designated for phone calls or small-group meetings
- Access to the office and storage space during weekends and after-hours
- 3-5 year lease option
- kitchenette
Preferred:
- Easily accessible office space located on ground floor, or with elevator access
- Free or low-cost parking options
- Space near the office for loading/unloading cars with books and materials
- Shared conference room space for larger group meetings (up to 12 people)
- Janitorial services included
- Managed, shared space
